The Sensual Sage: A Rite of Becoming

This is not about managing symptoms.

This is about the body becoming louder (or more quiet)
after years of being negotiated, softened, or set aside.

Perimenopause and menopause are often spoken about
as something to endure, correct, or get through.

But what if this is the point
where your body stops agreeing
to patterns that no longer fit?

In this space, we don’t rush to name or fix what’s happening.
We stay with it.

We work through sensation, through breath, through movement,
through the places where your body has gone quiet
and the places where it has become intense.

We move slowly,
because this kind of change cannot be rushed
without being misunderstood.

The Experience

We begin where most conversations about menopause end.

Not with solutions, but with sensation.
Not with management, but with listening.
Because what is happening in your body
is not only biological.

It is erotic.
It is spiritual.
It is intelligent.

A reorganization of how you feel, receive, desire, and relate to yourself.

In this space, we move slowly enough
to notice what has been waiting underneath.

Through breath, touch, movement, voice, and stillness,
you begin to re-enter your body
not as something to fix,
but as something to inhabit.

8 Portals

🌿 1. Where the Body Begins Again

(ground, safety, coming back into the body)

The place where you notice how far you’ve drifted
from your own physical presence.
We begin by returning.

🔥 2. Heat Without Apology

(sensuality, hormonal heat, desire, irritation)

The heat in your body is not just a symptom.
It is information.
We listen to what it’s carrying.

⚡ 3. The Spine That Holds You

(power, boundaries, posture, identity)

Where you stop collapsing to keep things smooth.
Where your body begins to hold itself differently.

🌊 4. What Moves When You Stop Controlling It

(emotions, grief, release)

The feelings that surface when you stop organizing yourself
around being manageable.

🗣️ 5. The Voice That Doesn’t Soften

(expression, truth)

Not louder.
More honest.

👁️ 6. Seeing What You Couldn’t See Before

(intuition, perception, clarity)

When your tolerance for illusion drops.
And something in you sharpens.

🔥🌿 7. Pleasure That Doesn’t Ask

(erotic energy, receiving)

Not performative.
Not for anyone else.
Something quieter. More direct.

♾️ 8. The Woman Who Stays in Her Body

(integration)

No returning to before.
No leaving yourself again to be understood.

Engage and Receive

Somatic practices: grounding, movement, breath, and nervous-system regulation. Sensual embodiment work: slow touch, awareness exercises, and pleasure-led attention.

Rituals and reflection: guided ceremonies, journaling, and offerings to mark transformation. Energetic and spiritual integration: practices to weave body, psyche, and spirit.

Education on plant and fungal allies: respectful, ceremonial framing for those curious, no medical prescriptions.

This is for the woman who:

is done being told her body is a problem to solve

feels rage under the surface and doesn’t want to numb it

knows her sexuality didn’t disappear, it just got buried

is not interested in shrinking, softening, or becoming more acceptable

wants to feel ignited in her body again

Meet Lucia Pavone

Greetings I am a Sicilian-American, Priestess of Auset (Isis), and interdisciplinary scholar devoted to healing ancestral, sexual, and religious trauma through embodied and spiritual praxis. An avid knowledge seeker since her early twenties, I completed over 500 hours of fieldwork and study in Native California herbalism, grounding her work in land-based and ancestral healing traditions.

My spiritual and intellectual formation includes extensive study of Qabalah, Tarot, and astrology in my late twenties under the mentorship of Amber Jayanti, alongside a longstanding commitment to Kemetic teachings that continue to inform her cosmology, ethics, and embodied practice. I am a Somatic Sex Educator, Sacred Dao Pelvic Practitioner, and Sexological Bodyworker, supporting individuals in releasing shame, reclaiming sensual self-expression, and cultivating embodied, meaningful relationships.

My pioneering research explores extended orgasm over the last 30 years, altered states of consciousness, and trauma healing, including collaborative work with the late Dr. Juan Acosta Urquidi on full-body, extended orgasm and its implications for consciousness and healing. My practice integrates sacred Earth technologies, including psilocybin mushrooms, as part of a broader commitment to ancestral memory, embodiment, and spiritual restoration.

I am so proud to hold a Master’ degree in Women, Gender, Spirituality, and Social Justice from the California Institute of Integral Studies, completed in May 2025, and is am PhD scholar in Women’s Spirituality program. My work bridges academic rigor, priestess lineage, and embodied wisdom, offering pathways for personal and collective transformation rooted in pleasure, remembrance, and liberation.
